Blouse refashion #2

As I drifted off to sleep I caught a glimpse of this blouse peeking at me from the closet and instantly had a vision for it. 

Cut off the bottom, add a double peplum ruffle and bows on the sleeves and front. 

Feminine perfection! Especially when paired with a Zadie B ruffled skirt.
